operations across India and Australia. He serves as Director of Piscean Retail Private Ltd,
driving growth, acquisitions, compliance, and finance across nationwide retail, HR, and
payroll platforms. His career spans dairy manufacturing, petroleum retail, logistics hubs, and
warehousing, investment consultant with a track record in concept development, brand
creation, and large team execution. A rankholder Cost Accountant and Mumbai University
finance graduate, Rajen blends disciplined financial control with practical, on-the-ground
leadership to create resilient, customer-centric businesses. He is also Author of two Books
Merchandising an Art of Visibility and Salesmen Selling or winning. He leads So Juicy in
Brisbane and Piscean and Space in India.

Sangeeta Jain is Director at Piscean Retail Private Ltd, where she helped scale a nationwide
Staffing and payroll platform of around 8000 employees across 20 states in span of 15 years
while building rigorous HR policy, compliance, and data-driven reporting. With two decades
across talent, merchandising, and field execution staff for blue-chip clients such as Dabur,
Nestlé, Airtel, ITC, HUL, Marico, Godrej, and Heinz—she brings depth in large-scale
recruitment, training design, productivity analytics, and union relations. Recognised with the
2015 Female Entrepreneurship Award (Uttar Pradesh) and multiple client awards, she
combines a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and HR Skill to deliver people-
first operations that cut attrition and lift performance nationwide.
